Open House Feedback Amazing!
We had a fantastic turn out of potential buyers last week-end for our 269 Langton Avenue listing. We had over 150 people through the home with very favorable reviews. It is quite clear that the redwood deck off the living room was a big hit for buyers wanting to entertain and the large yard for the kids to play was a plus. All the natural light in the home made it very inviting on such a perfect fall day.
We also had many neighbors stop by to take a look. They could not say enough about how much they love their neighborhood. With close proximity to the schools and walkability to downtown Los Altos, it doesn’t get much better than this. The newly opened sweet shop is also just moments away as well as the hetch-hetchy biking path to Palo Alto. Whether we spoke to neighbors that had lived on Langton for 5 years or 25, the result was the same – they love where they live.
